Bumper Bee Orchids

I've been waiting for the email from my man on the ground for the flowering of the Bee Orchid on Salt Hill Quarry NR Clitheroe. Phil the site manager has carefully tapped off the areas where they are flowering so that the local dog walkers don't trash them. As is the way with wildflowers the best numbers were outside the site boundary in the grass verge on the access road to one of the adjacent industrial units. As luck would have it the owner of the business is enlightened and doesn't cut the verge. There was a report of Fragrant Orchid which I couldn't find.
