Old Fiendsdale

Ian (in the picture) and I should have been in the Lakes preparing to help a friend with a long run but unfortunately he had to call it off on Dr's orders, so we decided to have a run a bit nearer to home.

A beautiful evening for a run in deepest Bowland, two and half hours and we didn't see a soul.
