One of the disadvantages of living in a top floor tenement flat is that the heat in summer, despite having all the windows open and not having had the heating on for over a month, is unbearable.

Our poor furry boys have spent all day stretched out on the wooden floors in front of the fan, trying to stay cool. Dougie suggested an ice bath for them, but I suspect they wouldn't appreciate that.
