Meeting New People

Graffiti Alley - Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario

Today, I was blessed to meet a couple of great people. First, I met Jim a fellow Blipper who was visiting from Glasgow for his sons Graduation. We walked and took pictures around Kensington Market, Chinatown and yes of course I took him in Graffiti Alley.

While, in Graffiti alley we met four street artist that at doing installations for North by Northeast. North by Northeast is a Canadian festival destination for emerging artists, musicians, and comedians.

One of the artists we talked to was Steve Coy, who later I found out was an Associate Professor at the College of Architecture and Design at Lawrence Technological University in Detroit, Michigan. Steve is one of half of the Detroit Street art collective known as The Hygienic Dress League..
