#CrailFF - Harbour Day

A year in the planning, and two days in the execution. Overall, I think that the Crail Food Festival delivered on its promise to improve over last year.

For our family it was all tinged with sadness as we were not really in festive mood. However, I managed to capture many people smiling, so hopefully our own sadness did not rub off on anyone we met.

Great eating, and I think this photograph sums up the fun of gathering round the Harbour and then sitting on the old stones and having lunch - lots of people perched up on the Harbour walls. There were events going on throughout the village in all the public buildings throughout the weekend, and it seemed to be going very well when we departed for Harrogate and our sad day tomorrow.
