And The Winner Is .....

The local am dram group - for their float entered into the local children's gala - the cup graciously received by Wilsden Walker in the presence of the Gala Queen attendants

A procession was led by The New Orleans Jazz Band and the Gala Queen and attendants down the main street of the village

Once in the park the festivities commenced - these included the potato and spoon - sack - wheelbarrow - three legged and caterpillar races - the magician in his tent - the coconut shy - the roundabout - and much more

Unfortunately I was too old to enter the races
