Martha Cove Yacht Basin.Safety Beach,Victoria.

Wintery afternoon.These 6 yacht basins and Town Houses were a development
over the last 10 years.Of many million dollars later it does not look finished
yet and had a lonely sense about it today.Perhaps it would be busier in Summer. They also build a "yacht canal" straight to the sea.They did this
by excavating a deep part of the Road under neath this canal.
