Barbican dolphins

Went to meet my friend Mark at lunchtime today. I haven't seen him for ages, and he's moving to Australia in a couple of months, so it was really good to catch up with him. He's flying to New York tomorrow to swim around Manhattan on Saturday, the nutjob!

I walked back to work via the Barbican highwalk (for a change!) and spotted this dolphin fountain in full flow. Also saw a very orderly little protest going on outside the Barbican Centre - some kind of anti-psychiatrists thing, apparently. Odd.

Started feeling much better this afternoon - hooray! Tim was off sick again today, but is on the mend now and is going back to work tomorrow - which means the work can start up again in our flat - and hopefully finish, too!

Made a good start on packing for Glastonbury this evening. The weather forecast's not looking great, so the waterproofs are now at the top of my bag....
