Rise

Waited in vain for the weather to clear this evening. Had to give up.
Today's blip is therefore a frame saved from the dash cam on this morning's visit to the hospital at the Broadway roundabout.
This is the largest public artwork in Belfast. It is 37.5m high and 30m wide. It is a representation of a new sun rising over Belfast. Its title is "Rise".
All in all, a pretty awful day!
