Not done a great deal today.. We had to go and buy milk. Ok i am going to have a moan up about supermarkets and skimmed milk. Skimmed milk is the only milk that they appear to sell out of! If so! why don't they order more skimmed milk? I had to buy 1% milk... Moan over!!

Big Big skies today and then this evening a lovely sunset sky. I noticed the bird as i noticed the sky changing colour so put down my watering can and grabbed my camera... Managed to use the macro mode before the blinking bird became camera shy and flew off....

Had a bad week diet and walking, so not going to my class tomorrow but i will be making up for it this week... Sensible healthy head back on and back to walking tomorrow...
