Well Dressing

Unfortunately after the epic journey on public transport from Cheshire we missed yesterdays blessing of the wells.
Fortunately the weather gods have been kind to the dressings and a wander round them this morning showed very little damage.
They are very popular with residents and tourists alike and the church dressing based on the Lindisfarne Gospels looks splendid.
