Two Little Dickie Birds

Weather has been a bit changeable today - sometimes sunny and sometimes dull and cold. Pottered about at home until it was time to go to Slimming Club. Put 2½ pounds ON this week. Must get a grip and try harder. Not many stayed to the meeting after weigh in. I always stay as its good to hear how everyone else has done and get tips and ideas. Went to Tesco afterwards. Then home for chicken salad and strawberries and cherries for afters.

Watching the football now - Germany v Algeria. Algeria are playing pretty well. There might be an upset which sees Germany defeated.
