Mango Crumble

I put off making these for so long because when you have a ripe mango, it's pretty perfect as is. But my greengrocer gave me a bargain this weekend and so I had one to spare.

Pecan nuts and dates for base and topping. Mango mixed with vanilla, date syrup and coconut for the custardy filling. Easy to assemble and even easier to demolish!
