Ramadan Canon

This evening we went to watch the firing of the Ramadan canon. It gets fired at sunrise to mark the start of fasting and then again at sunset to mark the end of fasting. I liked this photo of the three men standing at attention. I was going to blip the firing of it but jumped so high when it blasted out its noise that I missed it! That was with me wearing earplugs and knowing how loud it would be! Will just have to go back!
