The feathering of these can and will be altered. But they're not feathers. Each one is about forty metres long, and they're mostly made of fibreglass.

You can tell the end of the roll is approaching, as the temptation to take more than just one shot a day is more readily given into. All in the hope of seeing the results sooner. So I took another, but of course ended up preferring the first.

On the Kessock Bridge Southbound carriageway refurbishment – fitting the new barriers between the roadway and cycle/footpath commenced. Not long now till they're finished (everyone hopes).

Lots of big (and tall) threatening grey clouds about again today.
