Lava Lamp Life

My trusted and beloved lava lamp. A while after I turn it on, the solid lava starts to become liquid and takes on these weird forms. "Alien embryos", I call them. They always make for an interesting sight. To me, anyway.

I've had the thing for almost 10 years now and have yet to grow tired of it. Definitely my best decorative purchase ever. Lava lamps rule.
