I was awake for much of the night listening for Luke to come back in. He's taking it walking on the property in the dark when he can't sleep. Teenage issues...
Being the paranoid mother that I am, I look for evidence in the morning without having to go to his room and wake him up. His shoes provide that sense of comfort.
