Cliveden with friends

Hurrah! What a lovely day out with our friends, despite a rainy start to the day when we arrived we were lucky and the weather cleared up enough for lots of outdoor play.

We explored all around the gardens and wooden play den which was very popular with the boys - Charlie, Joshua, Kiran and Luca had a lovely time all running about, climbing and picnicking.

So nice to catch up and we even managed an afternoon tea stop too.

On arrival back at the carpark my car wouldn't start - flat battery due to C leaving the lights on after sitting in the driver's seat briefly this am! Thankfully 2 kind national trust men jump started me and we were on our way back home again Phewf. Crisis averted!
