On the beach...

additional note as it was too late to write anything up after the World cup final! What a great game!

Did some 2,6km test nordic walking with my brand new pink air cushioned and pronation supported Adidas running shoes - and after that 12km trip by bicycle today. The injurey-knee took the action very well, which is good news. I am so happy!!!

After the action part it felt so marvellous to dive into this warm lake.

Hot sunny day. In the early morning +19c and during the day even +27c - as in this shot on the beach. Even as clouds came.

I like it hot. Relaxing weather, if is not too long hot period... I am afraid, that this is going to be an active holiday. :)
