MonoMonday - Trees

This is the gum tree that our magpie family lives in. It is probably the tallest tree in the local area and stands around 60 metres tall. It is simply huge. If it fell, it would wipe out several houses, as it grows in a regular back yard!
I estimate the tree is around about 100 years old. The photo was taken from an elevated position roughly equal to about 1/3 the height of the tree.
