Old and New

The sailing vessel you see on this picture is a remarkable one with a long history. Originally built in Germany in 1890, she served years and years under Dutch flag as herring logger from Vlaardingen. Nevertheless, she finally ended in Norway where she was restored completely. It is a beautiful vessel. In the background you'll see the Norwegian anchor handler Siem Opal in Rosenberg drydock. 90 meters long and a bollard pull of 297 metric tons.
