What I did this weekend

We had planned to enjoy the beers at the Scottish Real Ale Festival on Friday, and celebrate John's belated birthday on Saturday night, but instead we welcomed our little darling, Max!

Max - Maximillian Ingo Simpson - was born at 5:10 am, on Saturday July 12th. A beautiful boy, he was born in the pool, set to hollering immediately and weighed 7 lbs 9 oz with a full head of hair! We are so grateful to have our lovely little boy home, John is getting used to being called Dad, and we are both falling in love.
