This is the worst gated neighborhood type that America managed to generate. And now it can be found in Poland.

The question is, though, will the different culture affect the way people interact there?
In America, places like this tend to be isolationist, anti-people/pro-car, with deserted "public" spaces. However, it may work quite differently in Warsaw. I wasn't there long enough to investigate.
