Winter Traditions

I like to make marmalade in winter.

It generally starts with lime marmalade, which I always reckon is my very favourite, until I taste the Seville Orange marmalade I just made.

Then of course there's cumquat marmalade.

Decisions, decisions.

It's a toss up which is best.
