Stoneymillan Road

Walked with the Third Wednesday girls today. We walked from Cardross over the Stoneymollan Road to Balloch. Before we started we had cream teas at a lovely Inn in Cardross, which meant that I was not at all hungry for my sandwich lunch. No complaints though.

At the top of the hill we had a lovely view of a rather misty Loch Lomond but couldn't see Ben Lomond at all.

Our weather was a bit mixed, sunny most of the time but we had a couple of gentle showers, and just as we came down into Balloch had a heavy burst of rain. So we ended up wet!

It was a great day though, and the girls are great company!
