Do you think I need re-potting

Spent yesterday jet washing the algae off the stone slabs in the garden..
I was moving the pots around and as I lifted this one, it just fell apart.
The roots belong to rather large Cordyline growing in it along with some spring bulbs and it`s now solved my dilemma of how do I get it out of the pot to re-pot it
