Jazz and Blues Carnival

This morning I pottered and tried hard not to be emotional and self-harm. I gave up and let things happen. I am definitely not good with my own company at the moment.

This afternoon I met up with Steven , Lewis and Mum and headed to the Grassmarket where we sat and had a drink and listened to some music and watched these guys pass.

Later on Mum and I went to Teuchters Landing for some food. Had a cider; it went down very well and am now continuing at home with the wine .
