An evening at the Temple Café

Today we took things easy.

In the morning I did a bit of blipping and blogging while Mr hazelh studied his geology text book and map.

In the afternoon we took a two hour walk to the mineral vein at Toe Head. Here Mr hazelh hunted for beryl and tourmaline, but instead found lots of shiny shards of mica.

In the evening we enjoyed a fabulous meal with our hosts at the Temple Café. We shared our table first with a party of dentists, then a newly engaged couple (he'd just proposed at the temple about 5 minutes away above the beach), and a lovely family of six from Buckinghamshire.

Exercise today: 2 hour walk.
