HELP

Yesterday I discovered that what I have been paying for with my local proviced of my telephone, internet and t.v. I haven't been receiving. So they gave me some free stuff for the next 6 months, like HBO. I had nothing but basic cable for my t.v. Now that I have all these chanels I have tried contacting my provider to see how to go about creating a "Favorite List". After one hour with them and being disconnected 3 times (never did talk to anyone who knew how to help me) I have given up. Seems if they don't know the answer to your question all they have to do is hang up on you. I will go directly tomorrow to the Comcast/Infinity and see what they can tell me.
