Today I walk the tow path
As early morning life flows
Into its easy rhythm
Of hum and gentle chatter.
Somehow the circle of life
Seems less relevant here,
Not so intoxicating
That it overpowers the way nature walks.
An ease of life,
A slow down and 'just be;'
A natural step of right and verse
That moves at a more gentle tune.
