Village

Took the girls into town to make some art at the National Gallery. Their kids thing this year is called The Generator! and it's a pretty fun (and free) couple of hours - complete various art activities to get stamps in your sketchbook, then get a nice bag and some pencils at the end. Plus there's badges. And you get to dress up as well.

The tree-collage activity is inspired by a Martin Boyce piece in the gallery upstairs with a very familiar title. Well, familiar to me anyway....

"Our love is like the flowers, the rain, the sea and the hours".
