Hmmmmmm ......

........ somehow this doesn't look quite as countrified and wonderfully rural as seeing the bales "au naturale" - I'm sure there is a reason for them being plastic-wrapped but ......

They look a bit like big big lumps of licorice

Quick blip from a close-by field just so that I don't have a gap in my journal - guests arrived yesterday afternoon after muscling their way through very heavy traffic - a two and a half hour journey took them four and a half hours!

Indian food was consumed and beer and wine was quaffed ..... a good time had by all.
