We have a whole series of pictures of the two of them together, from her birth onwards.
A nice day, starting with a walk on Long Strand, where we were pleased to see the beach has sorted itself out a bit - flat packed sand instead of shingle, and not so steep.

A quiet afternoon at home, and the the boy his Mum and stepdad came over for the evening. We drank lots of wine and sat out under stars. We saw one massive shooting star and lots of little ones.
We all had a good laugh together, and later after everyone else went to bed, the boy and I stopped up taking pictures of the Milky Way.
