Rosa Rugosa

I love rosa rugosa - so I stopped and blipped. The image evokes happy memories of one of my grandmothers. She grew these along a dry stone wall at the bottom of her garden with a view that looked out to sea. One memory is sitting with her watching the sun go down - looking out over the stone wall which provided cover for the rosa rugosa bushes and the lovely dark green of their leaves, the rosehips and the same pink flowers shown in the blip.
