Another lovely day.

The weather today was cooler and more changeable than yesterday but absolutely perfect for a walk over Hampsfell and down to Grange-Over-Sands.

The views from the top of Hampsfell - across Morecombe Bay and the South Lakes - are just stunning and the food awaiting the weary walker at The Hazlemere Cafe and Bakery in Grange is absolutely delicious!

After eating, there was just time for a stroll along the prom and a look at some of the arts and crafts for sale at the monthly Prom Art event before catching the train back to Liverpool.

Thanks to Mel for being a terrific host this weekend. It was great to get out and about!
