Pacific

Decided to have a look at Santa Cruz today. Nice drive over the mountain and then explored the beach and marina before lunch at Aldo's which was a great waterside restaurant where we had delicious fish whilst watching a seal playing in the water. Then onto the downtown area to mooch around with the hippies a bit, look at the shops and drink tea.
On the way home stopped at the Mystery Spot which was fun-some sort of Ames room like effect on a very slope-y hillside. No idea how it worked but spent a jolly hour exploring it (check it out on youtube!).
Over to M&H's for dinner of his home made pasta and tomato sauce and chatted and played on x box a bit.
