Taking a long walk on a short pier.

Jan , my hairdresser came this morning and worked her magic. When she had finished, we had a quick lunch and drove to Porthcawl. The holiday season is in full swing now, and we had a job to get a place to park. It was much cooler there this afternoon. We walked to the lighthouse, and back around past the marina. The marina has a good assortment of boats in at the moment. There were quite a few people bathing in the sea although it looked rather chilly, with no sun. I have been thinking about my g/daughter who started at 8 o' clock this morning and is hoping to finish by 6 o' clock. She texted to say she is shattered. Poor thing.
