Lensbaby at the Canal

I took the dog and the Lensbaby for a walk along the canal this afternoon. It was hot so shade (just noticed that shade is an anagram of Hades - is there a coincidence there?) from the bushes and tress was very welcome. I am improving at placing the sweet spot on the lens and it does have some interesting effects. I liked this effect of the 'waterfall' from a feeder stream with the rippled surface focussed and the rest bursting out.

Now in a rush to get things done before dashing out to a summer meet of my camera club!
