Saturday 30 January 2010: Amusement
Cruised down the road to St. Annes last night, to hole up in a hotel and await the big day. It was lovely to see Bella, who was standing on the windowsill when I arrived, hopping up and down and banging on the glass.
We woke early, to crispy blue skies and a frosty promenade. Bella and I decided to leave the rest of the ladies to the organising and have a stroll down to the pier to see if the amusement arcade was open.
It was, but I think she had more fun on the way there, riding her bike around the big empty blue paddling pool.
