Neighbour moving!

Well today my neighbour moved... :( she has been my neighbour for 27 yrs and although we are not close we are still friendly. I am just hoping to god that I get a good neighbour in return. Some of you know that the neighbour next door used to be a drug dealer who then let out his flat! Had the police break down his door one evening...scared the hell out of me.

So please keep fingers crossed for me!
