Birthday Cheer

V's 16th Birthday today (second from right).

Her mum runs the nursery where all my little weegies (and their friends) went for their pre-school childcare. And what a place ! Christmas Parties and Plays, Singing Kettle Trips (always the front row!), birthday parties almost every day.

My girls had a fantastic 5 years there. But now they are all so grown up (and STILL they put tomato sauce on their Mac and Cheese!).

When I heard it was V's birthday party - I said - oooh - will Tricky Ricky be there? And chicken Nuggets and a cake from the Cake Lady?

Sadly, no - our children's parties are MUCH more sophisticated now!
