Sunday 31 January 2010: Brrr...
It felt like it was going to be very cold this morning when I went out for my bike ride, hence the wrapping. As it happens, it wasn't that bad, though the bit of the ride that was on high ground - a section from Marshfield to Dyrham - was very icy and I had to get off and walk downhill at one point for fear of falling off again.
Shame this isn't totally in focus but I can't be bothered to do anything else.
It's the end of the first month of my self-imposed cycling challenge and blipping a bike-related shot gives me an excuse to provide you with an update:
Miles cycled: 435.5
Target to date: 339.7
Miles to go: 3564.5
