Sunday style - Impressionism

This is a photo of one of my unfinished paintings. It is of the poppy fields in Mohndorf, the site of a poppy blip last month. I was not happy with the painting (hence the reason it is unfinished) but I rather like the photo of it with its Impressionist STYLE treatment. Maybe I should try to reproduce this effect on the painting itself!
