Ouch!

Slow speed, painful crash during a ride around Ashton Court with Geoff.

I could benefit from going out a bit more as I seem to have lost my confidence but, that said, it was great to get out.

Managed to carve a hole in my left knee (obscured!) and landed hard on my palms.

No lasting damage but a very stiff knee this morning.

It's a price worth paying!
