Inappropriate?

Whilst taking a break from my sermon prep for this Sunday, I spotted this on my walk to the post office. It appears to be a plastic Halloween dish filled with water for dogs... and placed outside the Funeral Directors!!! This amused me at first... but then left me wondering about those who have just lost a loved one who will visit the office to make funeral plans.
