Source of Delicious Seeds

My answer to MonoMonday food is sunflower seeds. Not yet made. But started via this gorgeous sunflower. The flower itself is the product of seeds that I feed the birds on my deck. They fall into the planters and voila! Sunflowers. Thanks to Bob for hosting.
