I've been chanting, even though I only half believed that it would work, for my new car to arrive early so that I can go to Wales at the end of the month for a few days away with siblings.
The dealer had originally told me that the car was due to arrive at the port today and that I would almost certainly not get it before the beginning of September.
But now he tells me that I can collect it from them next Tuesday...
Clever stuff, it works!
Now to concentrate on the second thing on my list.
