oops, there are 4 hungry mouths to feed!

Couldn't resist a second photo of the barn swallows from yesterday - bigger camera better light. and surprise, 4 of them.!!! the parent (I think this is Dad) seems to feed one at a visit -(how many insects can they gather in their beak at once anyway?) so who knows how it gets all evened out! But here you can get a good look at the mud nest which has been made cozy with feather down lining!

Dinner out last night was a really fine treat and we got back before dark -much lighter nightsky.
