Mono Monday - Connected ... to the Grid

Thanks Bob for hosting Mono Monday this month, a great topic that really got me thinking.

This monstrosity of a power pole is like a blot on the landscape, it interrupts our view from our back deck which looks up into the beautiful native bush. Somehow it looks like it has come out of the dark ages, so hope that one day it will all go underground.

But on foggy mornings like today (and it's midday and we are still in fog!) I am very grateful for what it brings us. -You can see the cobwebs when you look LARGE.
