Visions in violet

The hallway ghost has now managed to change the color of one of Raspberry's eyes. It stalks her night and day, relentlessly. We have on good authority(thank you Bethanne) that it is NOT our old half Aby, Iris of the past(passed). The spirit followed her to the hallway in Maine as well and keeps tabs on her every day.

Thanks for the response for the butterfly blip yesterday, now one of my favorite shots. The reflected light from the nectar and the red feeding hole really lit the shot beautifully. Stunning butterfly, fun shot.

For the Record,
This day came in sunny and lovely. I had lunch with my former teaching partner. T and I will be going to a seaside restaurant for a farewell dinner tonight. The young, part time Executive Director of our Historical Society is leaving for a full time museum job in Maryland. We are all very sad. I wish the powers that be could have okayed a full time salary here. She has done amazing things these last two years and will be missed.
